Hi everyone! It's crazy how quickly this past year flew by! It's already 2014. I'm excited for the start of a new year. So, my resolution for the new year is simply to be a better person than I was yesterday! Each day, I'm striving to either think more positively, try harder at something, or simply just learn something new. One way, of course, is to get healthy! I want to eat better and try and fit more exercise into my schedule! I wish you all luck with your resolutions and goals.
Now for our first freebie of the new year!
Our kiddos started back at school on Thursday the 2nd. Thursday and Friday we worked on a fun mobile activity that we are excited to finish up on Monday. It's a lift-the-flap writing activity, where students write their goals, etc.
We glued the top of each number to a piece of construction paper. This way, students can lift the flap to write their goals, etc.

They are coming out really cute and my kiddos are loving them! It's a fun way to help them set personal goals whether it be school related or personal. Once each number is finished, we attach them with a string and will hang them up for our bulletin board.
Have a happy and healthy new year!
Ciao!
